Refund policy

 

Our returns policy extends for 30 days after you've received your item. If this time has passed unfortunately, you are unable to receive an exchange or refund.

Should your order arrive incorrect or damaged, we will provide a replacement free of charge. We do not replace or refund for change of mind.

To qualify for an exchange, the item must be unused and in its original condition, unless it arrived damaged or incorrect.
